Robert Griffin III is ready to reveal all about his time as the quarterback of the Washington Football Team...and it doesn't sound like it's going to be pretty.

RG3 has announced that his memoir "Surviving Washington" will hit bookshelves next August and according to the publisher's website, it will be "detailing the shocking mismanagement and toxic culture" of his time on the Washington Redskins.

In a video shared to Twitter announcing the book's release, RG3 says himself he will "walk us through one of the most dysfunctional franchises in all of sports." Ouch.

"I'm going to detail the medical mismanagement that I received during my time in Washington. I'm going to open your eyes to the sexual harassment that permeated the walls of that building and give you a deep dive into a power struggle between one of the most powerful coaches in all of sports and an owner that many of you want gone."

RG3 was selected to be Washington's future of the franchise with the number 2 overall pick in the 2012 draft and while his talent was obvious in his rookie season, his time on the field would come shattering down much quicker than anyone anticipated. He led the team to host a home playoff game in January 2013 against the Seattle Seahawks while nursing a knee injury that occurred late in the regular season. And while he was given the OK to play, his knee "buckled" during the 4th quarter and FedEx Field was left speechless.

"Surviving Washington" will be released on August 9, 2022.
