Health officials are often banging on the American way of life because we work too hard and don’t spend enough time relaxing on vacation. But, really, isn't going on vacation a lot of work in itself? Planning a trip and arranging all the details can be stressful -- not to mention paying for it. Being on the road is also brutal -- especially if you still have to check in with work while you’re away.
