Jennifer Lawrence's attempt to get her nude photos removed from the Internet may be difficult to do.

The Oscar-winner's attorney sent a letter to a website demanding it to remove the photos, but the site is saying not so fast. Apparently, the photo of Lawrence is not a selfie, which means that someone else took the picture and therefore she is not the copyright holder of the photos - and cannot legally get the site to take them down. Whoever took the photos would hold the copyright and only that person could get them removed.
