Michael Jackson's estate has found a way to get new music out of the King of Pop -- even though he's been dead for nearly five years.

XScape, which is set for release on May 13th, features eight previously unheard songs which have been massaged into shape by executive producer L.A. Reid -- who is said to have gotten "unlimited access" to Jacko's trove of unreleased material. Michael actually worked with Reid on the title track before his passing in 2009.

Both the standard and deluxe editions of the album will be available for pre-order at the iTunes store on Tuesday.
