One Direction have a pretty packed schedule on their North American tour, but Harry Styles found the time for a very important side trip -- to the home of a young fan who's suffering from terminal cancer.
Harry and the lads played two sold out stadium shows earlier this week in New Jersey, where Harry reached out to Campbell Hoyt, an eight-year-old Directioneer who was just moved into hospice care. Her mom had reached out to Harry before the tour started, and he said he'd do his best to see her, tweeting a note saying, "Campbell Hoyt, I am thinking of you and sending you all the love in the world. That's a lot of love."
He made it to her side two days later, a gesture that she and her mom both welcomed. Robin Hoyt tells London's Daily Mail, "He was emphatic that he did not do this for publicity. He truly just wanted to meet Cam. I would not want anyone to get the wrong idea."
