We've been doing it wrong when trying to lose weight?

We've been doing it wrong when trying to lose weight?

You know all that talk about how eating small meals throughout the day and “grazing” keeps your metabolism going – which helps you lose weight?

Well, forget about it. It’s totally wrong. Maybe.

A new study says that the way to go if you want to lose weight is to eat two large meals each day.

Researchers found that eating a big breakfast between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. – and then a large lunch between noon and 4 p.m. – does the best job of keeping your insulin levels in a range that most efficiently helps you burn fat.

Of course, you’ll have to convince your family that skipping dinner is the right thing to do. Good luck with that. (MyChamplainValley)
