Call off the search for Malaysia Airlines Flight 370! Courtney Love has found it.
The singer has posted a satellite image to her Facebook and Twitter pages with helpful arrows pointing to what she believes is the wreckage. She wrote, "I’m no expert but up close this does look like a plane and an oil slick. [It's] like a mile away [from] Pulau Perak...but what do I know?"
She also posted the map coordinates of the location, which is off the coast of Vietnam.
She explained her discovery to New York Magazine, saying, "I saw an article asked people to help search on Tomnod.com so I decided to give it a shot. I figured a plane would still be leaking some fuel so I searched for signs of an oil slick. I found one and there appeared to be an object nearby. I don't know if it is the plane or not, but I figured I’d do my part and bring some awareness to the site, for the sake of all the families involved."
Love tells the magazine she's become "a little obsessive" over the missing plane and has "uploaded tons and tons of pictures." She adds, "I really doubt aliens took it."
