11 Habits of People Who Never Worry

Yes...I'm a worrier. I always have been. I'm not a fan of uncertainty. Although I know nothing good comes from worrying...I've always had a tough time "silencing" the worry voice in my head. I've often wondered how someone can control their worrying.

According to the Huffington Post, here are 11 HABITS OF PEOPLE WHO NEVER WORRY:

 

1. They focus on the present: Perhaps one of the biggest differences between worriers and non-worriers is the ability to stay in the present, and not get bogged down by things that have yet to happen.

2. They practice mindfulness: Practicing mindfulness can help you to steer focus away from a hypothetical issue that could develop down the road.

3. They have a sense of perspective: Non-worriers are able to distance themselves from a situation in order to gain perspective.
