How to Break the Dirtiest Eating Habits

 

 

 

According to Yahoo, here are THE 6 DIRTIEST EATING HABITS AND HOW TO BREAK THEM:

 

1. THE SPEED EATER: It's not that you're eating unhealthy food necessarily, you are just gobbling things down so quickly that you end up taking in way more calories than you need.

    a. Say grace before meal.

    b. Savor each bite.

    c. Tune out digital world...tune into your meal.

2. THE OVER-EATER:  Even if you are eating steamed salmon and quinoa, sometimes too much is just too much. Here's how to get those portions under control.

     a. Sit and chew each bit 15 to 30 times or until it liquefies.

     b. Get a doggy bag. Eat half when eating out...and save the rest for later.
