Want to Keep Your Summer Tan? Then Eat THIS...

Did you get a nice tan going over the summer? According to a new study, the best way to keep your tan glowing through the fall and winter isn't a tanning's eating fruits and vegetables.

Researchers found that eating carrots, sweet potatoes, broccoli, spinach, pumpkin, and melon helps keep the pigment in your skin a little yellower.

Now, yellow obviously isn't tan...but it's the key to keeping the healthy glow you get from tanning.

In the study, people who ate fruits and vegetables to keep their tan going were rated more attractive than people who went to tanning beds or sat out in the sun.
