I love my husband...but he snores. I think I jab him with my elbow a dozen times throughout the night. He's a back sleeper...so it makes it worse. He shifts to his side...but always managed to switch to his back after a few minutes. I'm always reading about way to IMPROVE the situation. I'm sure I'm not alone.

According to the Huffington Post, here are SNORE SOLUTION THAT DO AND DON'T WORK:

 

1. Nasal Strips...The verdict: Skip 'em. A narrowing of nasal passages that's severe enough to cause snoring happens deeper than can be fixed with a sticky strip.

2. Losing Weight...The verdict: Try it! Excess weight can add tissue to the neck that presses and restricts airways, leading to the vibrations that produce snores.

3. Sleeping On Your Side...The verdict: Try it! Because there's greater pressure on the throat when you're lying on your back, shifting to your side can really quiet that snore.
