When I lived in NYC, the No. 1 train was the line I most frequently used, and there were all sorts of entertainers: mariachi bands, breakdancers, and plenty of folks singing. But I never was lucky enough to see something like this.
A few weekends ago, NYC's No. 1 train was delayed due to construction and would have to wait ten minutes at the South Ferry station. At that moment, the conductor heard a Doo-Wop group singing, stepped out of his booth, and according to the video's YouTube page, said, "That was pretty good, guys, but what about a little Sam Cooke?"
Then, THIS happened. So cool!
