When I got the chance to be a part of the Out Of The Darkness Walk, I jumped at it. As someone who has battled depression, and has dear friends who've lost children to suicide, it's a cause that means alot to me.
The Montgomery County walk is Saturday, September 29th at Rockville Town Square...starts at 11am and registration is free.
If you have gone through dark times...or know someone who has...I hope you'll come walk. We HAVE to spread the word that NO ONE is alone and it's OK to ask for help.
