We already knew how great it was to live in the DMV, but maybe we didn't realize all the resources we have at our disposal, especially if you live in Maryland or Virginia! These states made the top 10 list based on how well they serve their residents in health care, followed by education, economy, infrastructure, opportunity, fiscal stability, crime and corrections and natural environment.
