Today is International Sushi Day. And I LOVE the stuff. My hubby does NOT so, once a month, one of my sushi-lovin' besties and I meet up at Katana in Mt. Airy. Their sushi is DELISH but their menu is HUGE so it's kind of a challenging meal but we always leave having discovered something new. What I didn't know is that it's easy to offend your sushi chef.
