Today is International Sushi Day. And I LOVE the stuff. My hubby does NOT so, once a month, one of my sushi-lovin' besties and I meet up at Katana in Mt. Airy. Their sushi is DELISH but their menu is HUGE so it's kind of a challenging meal but we always leave having discovered something new. What I didn't know is that it's easy to offend your sushi chef. Here are the top etiquette tips from six of the top sushi chefs. Apparently you can offend your chef with your wasabi, your chopsticks, and if you don't buy your chef a drink or tip him/her.
