Local DMV Distillery To Begin Making Hand Sanitizer

Go to any grocery or convenience store and you'll see the lack of hand sanitizer and cleaning products in response to the fears of spreading COVID-19. One place that does keep large amounts of alcohol on hand are distilleries, making it relatively easy for them to make the switch from making whiskey and vodka, to making hand sanitizer. One distillery in the DMV is doing just that. Twin Valley Distillers is almost ready to release both 4 and 8 ounce bottle of hand sanitizer made in their distillery. Other ingredients included are ethanol, aloe vera gel, lemongrass oil and vitamin E. The hand sanitizer will be up for sale beginning this Friday. Prices are yet to be determined.
