Ticketmaster Will Now Offer Refunds for Shows Postponed During Pandemic

I'm glad Ticketmaster is doing the right thing. I keep reading about these businesses and organizations who are not refunding customers for events or services that are not in service, how is that right?! My husband had an issue with Gold's Gym who kept charging him after gyms were ordered closed by the governor, and he was told he had to sent a certified letter in order to cancel his membership. That infuriated us. I truly believe that customers are going to remember how they were treated during this pandemic and will have brand loyalty to the organizations and services that met them where they were and understood the challenges we are all facing. Now, if only the airlines would do the right thing and instead of giving us a voucher we can use, give us our money back! #endrant
