Fisherman seem to be busy off the coast of Bethany Beach in Delaware this year, catching three to five Sand Tiger Sharks a night! It looks like this was caught off the coast of one of the drive on beaches in Delaware, where the law states you have to have a line in the water in order to drive onto the beach. When I lived in Delaware our friends did this all the time, and 9 times out of ten caught a tiny sand shark no larger than your forearm. This year, it looks like the sharks are getting a little bigger! Check out the pictures from this WJLA article and tell me how big you think this sand shark is. I'm saying between 4 and 5 feet?? That's as tall as me!
