#SLEEP: Why you are tired from the MOMENT you crawl into bed!

You’ve had a long day and you’re finally red for bed. Then as soon as you lay down, you’re wide awake. It feels like some weird black magic but according to Dr. Nicole Avena, an associate professor of neuroscience, "It's very common for people to feel tired, then wired, when it's finally time to wind down.” Here are some reasons why this happens:

●Your brain thinks bed = awake (because you do other activities other than sleep like watch tv or do work in your bed)

●Your drank too much caffeine

●You’re revved up from your device

●You’re anxious or depressed

●You have a sleep disorder
