I mean, maybe you've had a similar 'thing' happen. Maybe not. I've noticed at times this happens in my world. In the past, I'd bury it, but anymore, I act and embrace - and tell people all about it.
And so it came to pass... that I had to stop and do this.
Any mental health professionals have any thoughts this AM?
