Some of the highlights that spoke to meet are:
Take Time to Learn New Things - I have heard this recommendation before. Experts say learning new things like a language or an instrument helps your cognitive health why you age
You Have a Community - Loneliness and isolation are a big problem and as we age we tend to make spending time with friends less of a priority. It's important for our mental health to have a support system of friends, family, neighbors, whomever makes you feel loved and seen.
You Prioritize Your Physical Health - This is a big one for me. After find Orange Theory Fitness I not only found a consistent way to prioritize my health, but I also found a great community. You can kill two birds with one stone!
