Even if you love the work you do and enjoy the perks of the job, if you don’t feel like you’re well paid, you probably won’t be happy there. That’s not a problem for companies where workers are happy with their salary and a new report reveals which ones those are.
- The latest rankings from Comparably, the employee reviews site, reveals the top companies where employees feel happiest with their pay.
- The list is based on the way employees answered a series of questions including “Do you believe you’re paid fairly?” and “How often do you get a raise?”
- Overall, tech companies, especially cybersecurity firms, scored highly.
- Workday, the HR tech company, is number one. Their workers feel they’re paid competitively in the market, as well as fairly in comparison to their colleagues.
- Boston Consulting Group is second, followed by Uber, and all three of the top three companies where people feel they’re paid well also have some of the happiest workers in general, Comparably data shows.
