Virginia High School Student Develops Cancer Fighting Soap

A 9th-grader from a Fairfax County Public School has developed a soap based medicinal treatment for cancer patients. The young scientist won the "Young Scientist Challenge" and $25,000 to get his soap off the ground.

Heman Bekele who is originally from Ethiopia, wanted to invent something that would allow all those battling skin cancer to receive affordable treatment. Bekele's cost for the bars are just 50 cents a bar.
