A recent survey highlights the common forms of public shaming that mothers experience. Here are the findings:

51% of moms reported being rudely confronted by a stranger while trying to calm their child during a tantrum.

49% faced rudeness when forced to change their child’s diaper in public due to lack of restroom access.

47% were subjected to rude comments about their child by strangers.

44% encountered rudeness when bottle feeding their child in public.

44% also faced rudeness while breastfeeding in public.

44% received passive-aggressive advice from relatives.

44% were given unsolicited advice by strangers.

41% noted receiving dirty looks in a restaurant while with their child.

36% were criticized by strangers regarding how they dress their child.

35% were admonished about their child's diet by others.
