Well, okay - it's a miniature version of America at Miniature Wunderland - a popular tourist attraction in Hamburg. Co-founder Gerrit Braun said the idea for the wall, which includes barbed wire, came about after staff discussed whether the U.S. display needed changing to reflect "current developments." Braun said the wall was not meant to represent U.S. President Donald Trump's promised Mexico border wall but rather was intended to encourage visitors to think about what happens "when we build ideological walls around our countries."
