97.1 WASH-FM was excited to have hosted our first ever Tasting Notes Event at Creek's Edge Winery on Saturday, August 18 with a special performance from John Splithoff
On the beautiful summer day, listeners got to mingle with some of their favorite WASH-FM personalities while enjoying a variety of wines from Creek's Edge. When John Splithoff took the stage, he gave the audience a memorable performance of songs from his originals like "Sing To You" and "Make It Happen" to covers of Usher, Louis Armstrong and more! The highlight of the afternoon however had to go to when John brought up Kelsey, a fan from the audience, to perform "Show Me" with him!
While the event was open to the public, a group of WASH-FM listeners were treated to the VIP experience, which included a private meet and greet with John as well as complimentary glasses of wine and a goodie bag!
