Felicity Huffman Will Serve Jail Time At One Of America’s Cushiest Prisons

Felicity Huffman may have to spend 14-days behind bars, but it's going to be at one of the "cushiest" prisons in America.

According to TMZ, the 56-year-old actress won't exactly be doing "hard time" while at The Federal Correctional Institution Dublin, a minimum-security women’s lockup in northern California. The facility, which Forbes named as one of America’s "10 cushiest prisons" in 2009, is equipped with sun decks, vending machines, TVs, board games, and more.

Not only that, Page Six reports that Felicity will have a the $320 monthly commissary limit that will allow her to purchase pizza kits, Oreos, and more.

Felicity will be required to make her bed by 6:30 a.m. every weekday morning, TMZ reports. And on weekends, she has to straighten up her prison cot by 10 a.m. While most of her time will be spent indoors, Felicity will be allowed to catch some rays on the sun decks decks. Inmates are also given at least one hour of recreation time each day. And as far as visits go, Felicity's family will be able to visit her on Saturday and Sundays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.

FCID was formerly home to infamous "Hollywood Madam" Heidi Fleiss and Sarah Jane Moore, the woman who attempted to assassinate President Gerald Ford.

As previously reported, Felicity was sentenced to 14-days behind bars on Friday (September 14) despite federal prosecutors asking a judge to sentence the actress to a month in jail.

Felicity pleaded guilty to mail fraud and honest services fraud in May for paying $15,000 to a fake charity associated with Rick Singer, the facilitator of the college scam, "to participate in the college entrance exam cheating scheme on behalf of her oldest daughter." In short, she admitted to paying Rick to have someone correct her daughter's SAT answers. The actress is among 50 wealthy parents, including Lori Loughlin, who were accused of scamming elite colleges and universities to get their children in.

Felicity is set to turn her self in on October 25.
