Oatmeal is an American classic – and for many, it’s THE go-to staple to start your day. And why not? It’s easy to make, it’s filling and it’s healthy. With many of us trying to lose our Covid layer, it’s worth noting that you don’t need to add high calorie sugar flavorings to make it interesting.
Oatmeal is a pretty good choice in the morning but now we have a hack to make it better!
Instead, USE TEA instead of water! Simply brew a pot of tea and feel free to add bananas, papaya, honey, blueberries and/or almonds. Really wanna have fun? Try mint or another herbal tea. The bottom line is that oatmeal doesn’t have to be boring so – have fun and enjoy!
