For the time being, Mayim Bialik will step in as the host for the syndicated half hour episodes of Jeopardy! that air on a nightly basis. This news comes just days after Mike Richards stepped down from the position after insensitive comments from his past resurfaced on the internet.
Previously, the network announced that the Big Bag Theory actress would be the designated host for primetime specials of the long-running game show.
According to Variety, Bialik will host 15 episodes that will tape over 3 weeks. Additional guest hosts will be announced in the coming weeks.
