According to the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board, the worst bottleneck in the DMV is in Virginia, where i-95 meets 123 and that's bad in both directions. Coming in at number two is DC 295-S at East Capital Street. Rounding out the top 3 we go to Maryland where the Northbound BW Parkway meets Powder Mill Road.
