Virginia High School Students Surprise Beloved Custodian with Jeep

In a heartwarming gesture, a group of sophomores at James Madison High School in Vienna, Virginia, surprised their beloved school custodian, Francis Apraku, with a cherry-red Jeep Wrangler.

The seven students—Bennett, Nick H., Nick T., Artin, Joey, Yousif, and Logan—started a GoFundMe campaign in May with the goal of gifting Apraku the Jeep by their graduation. Apraku, who moved to America a few years ago, is known for his kindness and support, often offering prayers for the students.

Thanks to overwhelming community support, the teens were able to raise the funds in just four months. On Monday, Apraku was invited to a local restaurant, where he was met by the students and community members for the big reveal.

A video captured the touching moment when Apraku fell to his knees in disbelief, overcome with emotion. He expressed his gratitude, hugging and celebrating with the students who made his dream come true.

The students were also seen rejoicing as their heartwarming story spread across local news, celebrating the impact they made on someone who had meant so much to them.
