D.C. Families Dance to Support Wildfire Relief

Two Washington, D.C. moms, Ashley Bronczek and Kristin Cecchi, have organized Dance for LA: DC Families Raise Funds for Wildfire Relief, a family-friendly event to support Baby2Baby’s wildfire relief efforts. Taking place on Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Georgetown’s City Tavern Club, this event will bring together local families for an afternoon of dancing, games, and giving back.

Baby2Baby has already distributed over 2 million emergency supplies—including diapers, food, water, and clothing—to families who lost everything in the Los Angeles wildfires. This event aims to raise $50,000 to help them continue their work.

For Ashley Bronczek, a Los Angeles native and experienced fundraiser, this cause is personal. She and Kristin hope to show D.C. families the power of community and teach children the importance of helping others.

Tickets and donations are available through Humanitix, and those unable to attend can donate directly to Baby2Baby. Checks can be sent to Baby2Baby, Attention: Rachel-Ann Levy, 5830 W. Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016.

This event is a chance for D.C. families to make a real impact while having fun. Join the movement and dance for a cause!
