Well, America is #1 in a new survey…but it’s not something to be proud of.
According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, American adults have the highest obesity rate in the world…38.2%
The rest of the top five: Mexico, New Zealand, Hungary and Australia.
The lowest obesity rate is in Japan - just 3.7% - followed by India, Korea, Indonesia and China.
The worldwide average for all nations within the OECD: 19.5%
The organization also projected into the future – predicting that the top obesity rates in 2030 will be found in the USA (47%), Mexico (39%) and England (35%)
