The Perfect Lullaby!

Researchers from Durham University analyzed data linked to some 4,500 songs that regularly featured on lullaby playlists created on the music streaming service. In doing so, they were able to calculate the average beats per minute (BPM), most common key and time signatures, effectively creating the perfect formula for a lullaby.

The results? U2’s "One" has been named among the ideal song for parents to use when trying get young children off to sleep. Now listening to the lyrics as an adult may hamper the ability to just doze off, but babies? They haven't been there yet!
