Funny lady Carol Burnett is going to star in “Household Name, “ a sitcom that will premiere on ABC. Amy Poehler will produce.
The show focuses on a family who has an opportunity to buy the house of their dreams but under extremely abnormal circumstances: They must live with the previous owner, an eccentric, larger-than-life actress. Of course, Burnett is the eccentric actress.
Carol Burnett has garnered 22 Emmy nominations in her storied career.
