Mariah Carey and Lionel Richie announced new dates to their postponed shows...and their Baltimore show is not now happening.
The All the Hits tour, which was to start this month, got delayed due to Lionel’s knee injury. And, to be perfectly honest, lagging ticket sales.
The new schedule has been reduced to 21 summer dates starting in July. The announcement explained why the original 35 stops was drastically reduced: “We had a small window between Lionel’s continued touring plans overseas in the fall and Mariah’s scheduled Las Vegas residency.”
Demand for the pair in New York City and Los Angeles was soft. They’re now playing just one night, where two shows had been planned. Major stops in Cleveland, Charlotte, Nashville, Pittsburgh and St. Louis were also nixed.
