Wanna be happier? Get THIS much sleep nightly

Want to be happier? Get seven hours of sleep a night. A recent survey found that “perfectly happy” people get 7.1 hours of sleep a night, "mostly happy" people sleep seven hours per night and "somewhat happy" people sleep 6.9 hours. On the other hand, those who got 6.8 hours of sleep a night reported being “somewhat unhappy” and those who got 6.7 or less said they were “completely unhappy.” Not surprisingly, women reported getting the least amount of sleep.
