According to a new survey, political anxiety and nonstop news have driven many people to eat and drink more than usual. And this emotional eating and drinking is not partisan. A survey by the American Psychological Association found that national stress levels saw the sharpest rise in a decade, with 59% of Republicans and 76% of Democrats saying they want an escape from reality.
