Researchers from the University of California have found that drinking a moderate amount of alcohol each day is more important than exercise if you want to live past 90 years old.
The scientists found that having two glasses of wine or beer drops the chance of premature death by 18 percent.
On the other hand, daily exercise only reduces premature death by 11 percent. (U.S. News & World Report)
