Need a job? Target wants you!

Target plans to hire 120 thousand seasonal workers this holiday season.

That's a 20 percent increase in seasonal hiring from last year. Target says it expects to receive more online orders this holiday season, and is doubling the number of temporary jobs to meet the rising demand for its order pickup and drive-up services.

All temporary workers hired by the store after this Sunday will start at 12 dollars an hour. Other benefits include a 10 percent discount on Target.com and 20 percent off wellness merchandise like fruits, vegetables and workout gear.

Target will hold hiring events at its stores nationwide in mid-October.
