Here we are...a new year after a year that brought us a pandemic...and for a lot of us, weight gain. The "COVID 15"...or in my case, if I'm being honest, the "Quarantine 25". I've always been a stress eater...plus, being at home so much, I'd often find myself bored...and heading to the kitchen for no other reason than to grab a snack.
