Chris Harrison is out as host of ABC’s Bachelor in Paradise, Page Six reports.
In February, Chris took a supposedly temporary break from the Bachelor franchise after backlash erupted over him defending a contestant who had attended an Old South plantation-themed party.
Chris was already sidelined from a season of the Bachelorette. Now, according to Page Six, he’ll be replaced on Bachelor in Paradise by a revolving cast of guests hosts — including David Spade.
No word if Harrison will return to host Bachelor.
He had hosted the Bachelor, Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise since their debuts.
Bachelor in Paradise premieres August 16th on ABC.
