For the fourth year in a row, Arlington, Virginia, tops the list of America's fittest cities! AND..............DC is in the top 10!
According to the 2021 American Fitness Index, which collected data on factors including health behaviors (how often residents exercise and what they eat), chronic diseases and community infrastructure, Arlington came out on top ahead of Minneapolis, Seattle, Denver and Madison, Wisconsin.
Once again, Oklahoma City lands at the bottom of the list as the least fit city.
