The stars of Friends are leading the tributes to their late castmate James Michael Tyler, who died Sunday at the age of 59.
Tyler, who played coffee shop worker Gunther, had battled prostate cancer since 2018 but didn't make it public until this past June. Jennifer Aniston posted a video and photo of Tyler on Instagram and wrote, "Friends would not have been the same without you. Thank you for the laughter you brought to the show and to all of our lives. You will be so missed."
Courteney Cox added, "The size of gratitude you brought into the room and showed every day on set is the size of the gratitude I hold for having known you. Rest In peace James." Lisa Kudrow thanked Tyler for "being there for all of us," and Matt LeBlanc added, "We had a lot of laughs buddy. You will be missed. RIP my friend." (E!)
