It's been said all roads lead back to where you started and that is true with my love of radio and in life.  I'm KT Harris a DMV native that got my first start in DC radio right here on 97.1 WASH-FM.  I've since worked at other stations in the area and also with Satellite radio. Now I'm happy to have come back and join my WASH family again. 

I recently moved back home to Southern MD to help my parents with their small mom and pop seafood restaurant. My dad is a waterman and catches the fish- mom cooks it and I help with everything else. That said, I am a huge foodie and I am always on the prowl for great food spots in the area (would love suggestions). In addition to loving food I also work in the wine industry. If you are wondering- it is definitely as fun as it sounds. 

I'm blessed to have my son Nicholas live with me and family close by. You will discover I am one big goof ball that loves to laugh often and hard. I hope I can get you to chuckle and smile.
