We had an awesome time picking pumpkins, eating apple fritters and picking apples at Larriland Farm this weekend. It really was a great thing to do with our daughter, Eleanor. She had a great time and everything was fine, until all of a sudden she dropped her apple and started crying her eyes out! It was a bee. A bee touched her apple and she freaked out. She didn't get stung, she was just scared. We tried to explain to her the bee just wanted to share her apple with her and wasn't trying to be mean. She assured us, he had a "mean face". HA! We gave her another apple and dried the tears. I'm pretty sure she's going to be alright.
