DC Chef Jose Andres Nominated for Nobel Peace Price

I love this guy, for so many reason.  I have to say, I've only ever eaten at Jaleo and am not a big fan of the food or tapas in general, but the humanitarian work Chef Jose Andres has done is well deserving of some recognition.  Not only did he bring food to Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria devastated the island and left so many without power and access to food, clean water and medical supplies, but he founded his non-profit World Central Kitchen after providing earthquake relief in Haiti in 2010, has cooked meals across North and Central America following natural disasters, and spent this Thanksgiving feeding first responders to the Camp Fire in California. I say, well deserved nomination.
