I have NEVER been a morning person, so when I saw this story pop up on my Apple News feed I had to read it. I am so bad at getting out of bed in the morning, it became a running on-air joke where the morning show DJ would call me on the air to get my butt out of bed at the radio station where I used to work in Delaware! They say if you do take these eleven steps and do them over at least 3 weeks you will transform yourself from a night owl into a morning person, but the first one is "Wake Up between two and three hours earlier than normal" and that would mean I'm getting out of bed at 5am instead of 8am which is just not gonna happen. The sun isn't even awake yet!
