This is devastating. I was shocked when I saw the CNN update on my phone earlier today when the fire was first reported. After reading the article below it looks like there were multiple fires and they began on Tuesday night. One fire has been put out, but as I write another fire is still burning. The casualty? 45,000 barrels of bourbon and each barrel holds about 200 bottles of bourbon. Devastating loss for the company, and we're sure to see a price surge at the liquor store because of it. The good news? No one was hurt. Fire officials believe the fire was started by lightning. Talk about bad luck.
