While the weather seems to have cooled off for a little this week, there is no doubt more 90 degree temperatures are around the corner. DC natives know a lot about surviving in the muggiest of months, but a few locals actually have some pretty awesome tips on how to keep cool during the summer, whether it be commuting to and from work or school, surviving a hot summer run, or cooling off during your workout or Metro ride.
